Idea to turn car parks into overnight homeless shelters could be rolled out across Yorkshire

An initiative to help provide safe overnight accommodation for homeless people by repurposing public spaces - like car parks - outside of office hours, has been shortlisted for the RICS’ Cities for our Future competition.
