‘Anger and frustration’ at way comments have to be submitted on Calderdale’s Local Devlopment Plan - and council’s response

LARGE numbers of people who want to comment on Calderdale Council’s Local Development Plan are extremely angry and frustrated at how difficult it is to do so, says a Calderdale MP.
